These are my goals in my approach to cooking and this blog:
1. Have fun. Take risks. Learn new skills and food traditions of other cultures.
2. Prepare (and eat) yummy food. Share it with my husband, family and friends.
3. Use local, seasonal and organic ingredients whenever possible.
4. Educate and inspire others to make home-cooked meals and try “food projects.”
5. Dialogue with others about foodie topics and meet other foodies.
